Very disappointed with this company. I order 2 premium bouquets for mothers day & my mother and grandmother received the most atrocious looking flowers. I spent $150 on them both & I could’ve gotten better flowers from walmart!! I have been trying to get in touch with the company since Saturday (when they were delivered) and they’re not picking up the phone. So I contacted my bank & hopefully I can get my money back. It’s so sad that I thought my family was receiving a beautiful bouquet of flowers and they receive what looks like 5 flowers instead of a whole bouquet. I wouldn’t even pay $10 for these flowers let alone $150!!! Save your time & money and find another reputable company. Unfortunately they’re not many flower companies in Tuskegee but I will NEVER use them again!

I called to get flowers delivered and our phone call ended at 11:53am but I needed the flowers delivered on Tuskegee’s campus to The Yard before my girlfriend went to class at 1pm. Even without knowing exactly where that is located on campus they made it happen and had them delivered by 12:40pm. The flowers and balloons looked amazing and my girlfriend couldn’t have been happier.

Desperately needed to get an arrangement made and delivered for a funeral tomorrow and called right before closing today. The lady that answered was beyond helpful and volunteered to come in on her day off tomorrow, which is actually her birthday, to make sure the arrangement was delivered. Great customer service and flexibility!!
