OMG, Austin is the most outstanding happy go lucky salesman I have ever met in a Tumi luggage store. Super knowledgeable and so helpful in picking out luggage and laptop bags when you don’t know what you want. I am proud to say I have a new revised faith in the younger generation. While in Southern California I stayed at Sofitel hotel in beverly hills. The second day in town I wandered over to the mall and looked at several stores. Austin waited on me at Tumi. I have his card. He impressed me enough as I returned home and was going through my luggage I found his card. I had to write this review. 5 stars Austin. You deserve them.
