Very dissatisfied with the professionalism of this place, and lack of customer service. Spoke with the owner on a Friday to have the trees delivered Saturday afternoon. Saturday comes around and there is a truck outside our house at 7:00 AM with no prior communication. We persistently told the driver this is too early and it rained yesterday. The driver insisted on not listening and got his machine stuck in our lawn and destroyed it. After yelling at my wife he got the machine stuck in another hole that was designated for a tree. This worker tried for 40 minutes to get the machine unstuck all before 8:00 AM on a Saturday in our subdivision. After speaking with the owner the only offering to rectify this mess was a bag of grass seed!Will never recommend this place.

Definitely the largest plant nursery that I’ve ever been to. They pretty much have everything possible for planting in upstate NY. Can just walk through the place and come up with too many different landscaping ideas based on what they have available.
