The service tech recommended $3000 worth of parts and services which my car didn’t even need. I took it to an honest auto tech and all he did was change my transmission fluids and carbon filters and called it a day. This place wanted to make unnecessary changes and services just to make a few bucks off a girl who they didn’t think I would go get a second opinion. Really now ?!? #dishonestservice

I have been dealing with the staff at West Covina Nissan for over a year getting closer to two years. They always do their best to tend to the needs of the customer and what benefits them the most. I’m always tended to in a timely manner. Also they haven’t given me a reason to not act accordingly in a patient and polite manner as they are always seeking to please everyone and make sure we can all walk away content. Nissan of Montclair may be closer to me and more convenient in terms of saving time and, or, gas but my personal experience there has led me to choose West Covina Nissan as my go to place.
