Been going here since I was a young child. Since the new owner (chris roux) took over I have had good and bad experiences. The first bad was I ask for a flat top hair cut. The owner Roux. Took a number one comb and mad a pass right down the top of my head. I said hey, I wanted a flat top and his reply was sorry. The second time was just yesterday. The barber who I do not know took 45 mins and did a terrible job. He acted like he did not know what he was doing. My good experiences was with Santiago and I don’t know where he went too. If I find out I will go to that shop if it is near.So I don’t really care for this place given my negative experiences. Take your chances and maybe one of the barbers will be good. I know they have a pretty large turnover.

Me and my husband have been coming here off and on for a few years now and it’s always been a great experience. But it seemed today that the female hair stylists only wanted to attend to the male clients. It’s extremely unprofessional to have a client sitting there waiting patiently and just because you can’t flirt with them to get bigger tips doesn’t mean you just ignore them all together. And I was extremely apprehensive to write such a review because normally I let things slide for I myself work in customer service as well. But when you have been sitting there for awhile and 2 gentle men walk in and don’t even have to wait and the conversations between the stylist and client is unprofessional, you put 2 and 2 together. Hate to write a negative review but I felt the owner needs to be made aware of the unprofessionalism shown especially when it was not a busy day.
