I was working with this guy James who worked at Trinstar, and he was great, but after he left there was zero service there. I purchased a TV app from them for $20 per month. It never worked correctly and most of the time didn’t work at all, so I called them and told them I wanted to cancel it. They were nice enough on the phone and said they would take care of it and cancel my auto debit, but they never did. So far they have taken $60 out of my account over the last three months. I have called them repeatedly and they never answer or call back. My bank says the only way to stop it is to cancel my card which is a huge hassle as you all know. Please do yourself a favor and steer clear of TrinStar. I love supporting a local business and always tried to do so but this has been a horrible experience.
