Have had very bad experiences with tri lakes medical in Saranac Lake. Since they closed the Plattsburgh office I call for my monthly bi pap supplies I get them 3 – 4 weeks after I call. Always an excuse why they have not sent my supplies out! Poor customer service. Better business bureau will be contacted as well as Attorney General, Inspector General, The fraud Investigative Unit and my Insurance company!

My elderly father recently broke his humerus falling on some ice. Hoping to make his life easier, I visited this store. They were extremely kind and helpful. They supplied me with any information I requested and gave me their undivided attention to help me make decisions. I purchased several items after being able to examine and try things out.
