Great service! I needed to get the ribbon arms off of a Setu chair I purchased from Tri County 3 years ago (so that it will slide under a new, super low desk). Patrick could not have been nicer or more helpful in talking me through this. He also kindly placed the order for some little arm hole covers that will keep the chair looking elegant in its armless state.
