I’m sad to report that this specific branch SUCKS! I used to work for Tri Counties in Yuba City Goodness I loved this bank and their values based on the training they send their staff to at the corporate office! This branch DOES NOT withhold that standards and values. I went in for a simple request (I have an account there) I was given the run around. Assistant manage seemed to not know what she was talking about instead of doing some research she attempted to send me away. Finally decided to text a friend whom which happens to work in corporate, and BAM there you go she was NICE AS PIE! Note: YOU SHOULD VALUE EVERY CUSTOMER! They all bring business they all pay your fees.

Horrible! nothing but run around and problems with this small community bank. For those looking to avoid some of the pitfalls of large banks, don’t bother with this one. They made our group come in 3 times over the course of a year to change one person on a account. to top it off, they were unapologetic for all the non-sense and grief they put everyone through. Better off going to a larger bank and getting preferred customer services if you have a lot of money to put in, or go to a better established, more widely available smaller bank or credit union. Stay away from this very small, very unsophisticated operation.
