Have purchased 2 Trek Madones form Blue Sky over the past 8 years as well as regular service. In addition, I have purchased my support gear including helmets, Gamin, gloves, clothing , trainers and many other biking products. My most recent purchase – another Trek Madone was managed by the shop and Caleb extremely well, the fit by Caleb was outstanding. Blue Sky is the only bike shop I will do business with

Being from NJ, I went to my local Trek store in hopes of purchasing a new bike. The rep that assisted me was great, however they didn’t have the size and color of the bike I was interested in. I then drove an hour away to the next closest store in NJ that supposedly had two available. Somehow they had no idea where the bikes went, not to mention the service was not the greatest, it was like pulling teeth to get them to actually look for another location that would have the bike available. That’s when I asked if they would check if the bike was available in Saratoga, NY. We were fortunate enough to have Dan assist us over the phone. He inform us that they had the bike available and they would hold it until the weekend since I would be driving four hours away. Once I arrived there was a form of miscommunication where the bike that was reserved for me had already been sold. Dan would not stop at nothing until he made sure to make things right. Dan truly went above and beyond with the level of service he provided. Not only did he stop at nothing to make sure to find the bike I wanted, he had the bike shipped next day and was willing to have it shipped to NJ. However, with the service Dan provided I was more than glad to drive four hours again to pick up the bike from his store. I would recommend this location to anyone in NY or out of state, you truly won’t be disappointed. Dan and the rest of his team are knowledgeable professionals and the service they provided is beyond exceptional. Thank you!

My experience with Trek Bicycle Saratoga Springs today was really phenomenal. I called before coming in and the woman I spoke with was warm and friendly. And once I got to the shop with my bike, I was pleased to encounter more of the same. Everyone was down to earth and super helpful.
