First off, the shop is very nice. Everyone I have spoken with, who have been there, love it.Secondly and most important, Alasdair and Isabelle are terrific.Very knowledgeable, pleasant and professional.They took their time with me, and made me want to come back.I failed to mentioned, I live over 30 miles away from the shop.
