Super nice people, they weren’t able to work on my e-bike ( I have a flat tire) but very friendly and professional.The lady helping me installed a water bottle holder.She also gave me a small piece of rubber I was missing for my phone holder at no charge.I would go back once they begin working on e-bikes.

Came here yesterday to drop my Bike off for a tune up. Store is clean and has a great aesthetic. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Picked up my bike today and rode home. Bike felt like new and shifts like butter. I usually go to a bike shop in Mineola where there is a bike club with techs that deal with higher end road bikes. So glad Queens finally has a high end bike store I can reliably go to.
