I am a very casual bike rider and don’t know lots about bikes themselves. Every time I’ve gone in for service though, the Trek team walks me through exactly what is needed for me to ride today and what they recommend eventually I will need for future maintenance. They are patient as they explain the changes and thorough in adjusting the bike to how I like it. In particular Chris & Kato have done a great job of advising me and fixing my bike. Thanks!

We visited this place looking for a truck tailgate bike mount. We were immediately greeted by the employees which was very nice. We told them what were looking for, and was shown one item they had in stock. It wasn’t a match for my truck, but the employee took the time to search their company-wide inventory and also offer some third-party products to look into. Then another employee offered a bit of advice to look at a competitor store. A+ customer service. Even though there was no sale their helpfulness was priceless. Definitely will be recommending this place.

Everyone there is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They make you feel special and welcome. Novices and Experts alike are treated like family.They fixed my wife’s bike and adjusted everything to fit her. We liked them so much that we brought my bike that we had to purchase elsewhere for them to assemble and adjust. I would have Gladly purchased one of their bikes, but they advised me that it would not be safe for me to ride most of the bikes they had in stock.
