My experience was wonderful at this bike shop. They went out of their way to find me a bike rack to put under my dog basket, which was not an easy task.We finally got the rack and while giving my bike an upgrade it was installed. My bike is riding like new and my puppy and I had fun on our first ride in Brooklyn.Once you go there everybody knows your name. A great addition to the neighborhood.

This place is absolutely a joy. The people that work there are extremely professional and helpful, and they went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. My bike broke, and I came here and brought my receipt and lifetime warranty printout, much to my surprise, they replaced my bike with a new one. It was incredible! I highly recommend this place.

Pretty much customer service that I expect from such a reputable name brand. The team there is extremely friendly. Andrew, a team member there truly makes me feel valued. He’s always extremely patient and willing to answer any and every question I have with great detail. The store is very clean and organized, albeit small but that’s just NYC stores in general. Thanks to the Cobble Hill team for such great service. That’s what will make me come to this shop anytime over any other shop…great customer service.
