Amazing place. Great wines. We oredered Essentials flight and White wine flight. Although they had some in common but tasted great. Essential fleight was more diverse and dragon tooth has great notes. All wines were really smooth.Ambience: Given the covid situation the covid precautions were well considered. They cleaned and sanitised everything before we sat.It was an open place with very fine decoration and low music which perfectly sets the the environment for wine tasting.The vineyard around was also nice although there were no grapes in the season.Not to mention the washroom was really clean.Overall a good experience.

In early May we had an incredible visit to Trefethen. We had scheduled a tasting and had a quiet, private spot with great views. Oh, and best of all wonderful wine. While there I placed an order and joined the club – that’s when the over the top experience started. After returning to my home I got an email from Patti – there were some questions about the weather in my area for delivery and she got everything straightened out, coordinated with the weather forecast for slightly cooler temps, added overnite shipping to be safe. I thought that was the end and things would just show up – but no – Patti kept in touch every step of the way including a shipment that was delayed a week to coordinate further with cooler temps in my area. I loved the wine but what really matter was the personal follow through that tells me even more. Customer experience and personal touch – equal to the great wine!
