Disappointed. I called the office in June ’19 to get a tour of Gateway Commons from the number off the side of the building. They told me I would have to come to the main office, only to turn around and go back to the property. Our agent, Mercedes, tried to talk us out of renting at this location and consider Collegetown. I don’t feel that she was very thorough with the tour and later found out several amenities that perhaps would have closed the deal for us. I thought it odd that why would be beSorry….you lost our business to another management company for your failure to dazzle us.

Lori and Robert are fantastic. Everyone I met at Travis Hyde is helpful and kind. After driving 20 hours to Ithaca, my husband and I were frantically searching for a place to stay because our original rental from students turned out to be an uninhabitable pig pen. Robert and Lori found us the perfect (clean!) place, and Lori made the lease and the move-in process smooth and free of problems. She is very professional but also very sweet. She’s also multi-talented!
