It’s been almost a month since the transmission repair on my truck and everything has been smooth. Adam has actually reached out since then to check on the truck and that’s not the only reason why I have the confidence that I do in this transmission now. Being down a transmission on a used car you just bought can be an incredibly frustrating thing. After speaking to almost every business around town, I got the impression from Adam (who was actually working and answering phone calls at the same time) that he wasn’t just looking to cash in on my bad day. Many times he addressed the time after the vehicle was repaired and how the repairs worked to prolong the life of the transmission. This truck doesn’t just sit pretty inside the square of a window in the house. Since the repairs, I’ve driven through several feet of snow, mud, and big rocks deep in the mountains in Colorado, daily. That was after driving for 12+ hours straight, only stopping for gas from Texas, through New Mexico, and everywhere in between. Driving through well above and well below freezing temperatures, from sea level to 10,500 feet high in Colorado. After it was reprogrammed with the transmission everything still worked as it did before the repair. I added this to say that sometimes this ain’t the case and a few details are missed which can turn into an issue itself. That wasn’t the case here. I can still use things like my remote start from inside the house when it’s in the negatives outside and I need to warm the truck up before going to work at 5 in the morning. It’s only been a month, but I believe I have tested the transmission thoroughly. I would highly recommend this business to anyone needing this quality line of work and peace of mind.
