I am dying from a lung disease and if I don’t get a transplant I’m in my last year of living I’m tied down to my oxygen and it’s hard to go places with the big tanks I stopped by there to ask about the oxi go and Angie said they had a used one I could buy for $1800 and the double battery would last for 8 hours my wife go money from her 401 K so i could buy it I went by on a Friday and picked it up $1944 total with tax it was charged a little so I went to Publix and wore it inside while I was in there the thing got warm and the battery died when I got home I called Angie and told her about it getting warm she said I will call you back when she did she said that she checked on it and it was normal for it to get warm the next day I charged it it took 8 hours to charge on Sunday my wife and I walked across the street to my nephews house and at about 15 minutes it starts to get hot and then hotter you couldn’t touch it because it was so hot it made a red spot on my side the next day I took it back and ask for a refund Angie says let me make a call she said it’s under warranty so we will get it fixed I said I’d rather look for another one but Angie convinced me it would be ok when I told my wife about it she said no that we would get a refund we go down on Wednesday and Angie calls her boss and he agrees she said there will be a 20% restocking fee my wife said for what she said because that’s our policy she said we will have to give you a check but it won’t be ready until next Thursday we’ll i stop by today and Angie is out and the other girl there says no the checks are done monthly and it will be mailed to you my wife has contacted the BBB and has even considered suing them and oxi go because it burned my side I have to suffer because of them
