This 5-star review is for the Trader Joe’s gluten free pancake mix. Yes. I added blueberries and had some good pancakes!!!!! I think I like more than regular-pancake mixes.They usually have a decent amount of organic produce for not too expensive, and the quality seems good. But not always available in a specific size, like the other day you could buy a large bag of organic pears, but no single organic pears, or maybe that was grapefruit.The bottled coconut water from the fridge section is great.Coffee samples are always nice.They also had local Bay area raw honey, bonus!Liking the soy ice cream sandwiches, good size summertime treat. Also the strawberry coconut milk ice cream is a really good non-dairy ice cream alternative.They also have a few options for gluten free sandwich style bread, I tried one, it was ok.However I really did not like the peach dessert (like a crumble pie?) It tasted like it had way too much artificial peach flavor in it or something.For the TJs store itself: easy parking, helpful and friendly staff. Lines don’t ever seem too long.
