Warning: you have to give your license plate number, name, phone number and email to a company called Metropolis in order to park at this Trader Joe’s now. You also have to log in and scan a qr code to get validation. It’s only a matter of time, I’m sure, until this company sells your information or has a data leak/hack. Update: the qr scanning didn’t work through the Metropolis website, and the Trader Joe’s employee couldn’t get it to work. Great system!
