I have been a loyal customer to Tractor Supply shopping there for farm needs especially. Recently, I bought a feeding trough from there. When the person went to load it I realized he was trying to set it in the pick up with a loading machine. I wanted him to put it on the ground and we could pick it up and put it in the pick up. But he went on and broke my back tail light out with the machine. I talked to the a store acting manager that gave me a card to come back and talk to the official manage. So I went back and talked to the official manger. He took my insurance info and told me someone would contact me. I went back a week later because no one had contacted me. He said he would let me know something. A week later I went back and the manager didn’t work there any more so I talked to another manager. He said he would find out something and let me know. Here it another week later and still not word. I had to put tape on the tail light so water will not get in. I am going to order a new taillight for my 2019 Toyota Tacoma. So I have been shopping elsewhere for my farm needs.
