On today I decided to shop at Tractor Supply in Port Aurthur, Texas. However, after paying for my items the items layed on the counter and the cashier walked away. I said excuse me are you going to bag my merchandise? Then, the cashier replied we’re out of bags. Wow hand full of merchandise walking out of the store is unacceptable.Sam’s club is near and sell bags. As a temporary fix maybe you should consider purchasing some bags until the proper bags arrive. The cashier could have mentioned this ahead of time. I honestly started to get a refund.

Needed some stuff to keep my dogs safe after Laura blew down my fence. I tried the ‘smart pet’ store and the ‘pet company’ store and all I got was TERRIBLE service and wrong / mismatched equipment.Then Justin from Port Arthur TSC fixed everything in one phone call! Next time and every time I will think of Tractor Supply 1st!

Bad customer service. At the store 2 hours befire closing time and the clerk said they have plenty of propane but they don’t want to fill anymore tonight. Some of us need this for heat. BasD way to do business! I won’t be shopping here anymore.
