Poor customer service, buyer beware. I found out the San Angelo, TX store does not carry metal line posts because they do not support chain link fencing, only T-posts. Really? Is this Texas, or New York City? The employee practically berated me when I asked about metal line posts! This store does not care about Texans being their customers. Better to go to Ace Hardware.

Conveniently located near the loop. Plenty of parking. I could not believe the selection and quality of their pet food and feed. The store itself is not exactly easy to navigate; however, if you like cool stuff walking the whole store to find the one thing you need isn’t so bad.

This store is a complete wreck. I live in Ballinger and I was in town for a bit so I stopped by to grab some merchandise and I asked a employee named Allyson who assistance and she seemed unaware of her surroundings. She was very snappy and not joyful which should be important for the situation of this year. I will not be visiting this store again because of this and I did not end up purchasing anything because what she showed me was not what I needed and she left as soon as she directed me. New and better employees are needed.
