Well my husband and I went in on the 17th of March 2021 to buy a lawnmower. But not just any lawnmower a 6,ooo dollar one. We where told they had to order the one he wanted and I would be in Wednesday the 24th and would be ready for pick up. We’ll nedless to say it wasn’t ready. We’ll here it is Saturday the 27th at 2 pm and we a have still yet to see out lawnmower. This is ridiculous. When u spend that much money in a store and they don’t take pride in customer service. No phone call to even tell us it was late my husband had to go up there to find out.. Then they tell him it is not here and they will have to get from the Tyler store. So we r sitting here still waiting for it. I guess the grass won’t get cut before it rains. Thanks tractor supply!
