I’ve always enjoyed going to Tractor supply and I spend alot of money there. After discovering my cows had a busted water trough this evening, I drove 40 min to Tractor Supply in Longview to get another one. When I went to check out, at 8:05pm, I was told that I couldn’t purchase it after 8pm even though they’re open till 9pm. The cashier said nothing could be purchased off outside lot after 8. I offered to carry it thru and was told that wasn’t allowed after 8pm. Ill spend my money somewhere else in the future

Don’t shop online to have delivered the tracking is wrong and changes on a daily basis they tell you it will be delivered and you have to have someone over 18 there so you rearrange your life leave work early cancel doctors appointments for almost 2 weeks to be home for the supposed delivery only to find out that it hasn’t even shipped!! They even have the assembly company call to set up assembly of the chicken coop but still did not deliver the coop!! I’m still waiting on my chicken coop hopefully it actually shows up eventually but I will never order online from tractor supply again always had great experiences with them in the store but clearly they’re shipping and delivery department Needs some serious work
