The customer service at this location is a disgrace. The girls at the cash register and at customer service are so poorly trained I don’t think they even understand how rude they are. Where is the manager? You should find someone competent to run this store, it reflects poorly on the whole corporation.

Completely disgusted by their complete lack of reinforcement of the mask rule. I have been to many places in Broome County and felt comfortable going there because everyone respects each other.
