Came in to get some chicks. The girls in that section were VERY nice, helpful and educational. I’m new to the area and Malone is closer but I will drive the extra miles for the excellent service. Guy in Malone acted like he was doing me a favor.

Came in to purchase something that was listed as in stock according to the site. Get here and see it’s not on the shelf. Asked an associate for assistance, just to be advised that it’s probably out back on a pallet. I was then told they probably wouldn’t get to it until Tuesday (it’s currently Saturday). I understand that it takes a while to work out freight as you receive inventory, but if you can’t work it out for several days, THEN WHY LIST IT AS IN STOCK when it’s not available for purchase at that time!
