KB was amazing! He took his time explaining to me my options & made it possible for me to get my Toyota Corolla. He made sure my car was sanitized before handing me my keys. He was constantly letting me know what was happening when he was talking to his manager and the bank. I was able to purchase my first car thanks to him. Purchased a car for my daughter. After lots of negotiation, the price was settled. Once we got to finance, I happen to look over the numbers before signing and the salesman has switched the numbers resulting in a higher cost! Once I called them out, the numbers were quickly changed back to our agreed upon price. In addition, the salesman never showed my daughter how to operate the car. Basically gave her the keys and said thanks! When we got home, I noticed the back window didn’t work. I took the care to service department to see what was going on. The manager, Scott, told if I didn’t have an extended warranty, I would have to pay the diagnostic fee just to see what the issue was. This is worst place ever!! Do not go here. They will lie to you and then try to sneak extra cost in. Save yourself some time and heartache! Take your care to Toyota of Plano
