The staff in Room 14 (for passports) were all very sweet and helpful. The man at the passport desk that scheduled our appointment was the same man we worked with. He was very enthusiastic in getting to the bottom of a couple roadblocks and issues we had when I lost my US passport in my move from the south to Canada. He was very diligent in calling around to get answers and helped answer all of our other questions. It was so worth the small processing fee to actually talk with someone and get the information from the source when we could find next to nothing online. Our experience was fast and efficient which cannot be said of all offices like this so we were very impressed! Thank you Sir!
