I tried this place for the first time for my dog Rex, we just recently moved here to Odessa from Midland. Everything was good until we got home and noticed between the eyebrows very irritated, I searched him and also found a cut under his neck and a cut in his sanitation area. He is very irritated on those areas. He is also been scared and sad. I can’t believe this happened to him, we had never had any bad experience with him in the past with his past groomers, he is 3 years old. If for any reason he was moving a lot then I should of gotten a call, I believe there is No excuse for this and I am very disappointed. I do Not recommend this place I rather drive to Midland than take him here again.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Reliability, Responsiveness, Value I love this place. They are all so friendly and seem to love the dogs that are brought in. They do a marvelous job. Good value, good quality, professional and if there is a gap or something that isn’t right well try clipping your own dog and see what happens cause those dogs do not sit still. I definitely tip my hat to these ladies!
