Never been to this store before but stopped in to pick up a bottle of wine. When I got there, I was not greeted and stood at customer service for 3-4 minutes before I finally asked the gentlemen who was just standing there staring at me where do I go to pick up orders but Cody came to help me and He and the Manager Justin went about and beyond for me after I told them what happened. Note to anyone in customer service, just acknowledge the customer even if you can’t help right away because they obviously came in to spend $$$ on your establishment.

This is such a nice Total Wine & More store. It is so clean and well taken care of, the staff greet you when you come in, everyone is super helpful, it’s kind of amazing. I came to stock up on some spirits for the holidays. I wanted a bloody mary mix, some Bailey’s and a vodka. Steve was super helpful and we ended up buying his recommendations of Tower Vodka (91 points! and only $20!) Bloody Gerry mix (local, Venice company, all Natural, double gold awards, $10.99), Kavanaugh Irish Cream (double gold and $13.99). Everything was delicious and really well priced! We got to smell some special spirits they had on display. We’re not allowed samples right now but I like how they got creative and allowed spritzing into little disposable cups and you can kind of smell them through your mask. I appreciate the effort and really enjoyed the experience.
