I’ve taken my car to Toscalito Tire in Novato twice and both times were very good experiences.I used to take my car to a competitor’s shop in downtown Novato but after a HORRIFIC experience I decided to branch out and I’m glad I did. The GM Craig and Asst. Mgr Mike are good peeps and they offer great customer service and value.Full disclaimer: I do not like taking my car to any shop to get work done and I prefer doing it myself but I do not have a an alignment rack so here I am.I would highly recommend taking your vehicle here especially if you have a performance vehicle. I often have a hard time trusting my cars to shops after several bad experiences but I would feel very comfortable trusting the staff here with my car.
