Aaron a worker there tried to swindle me. Told me the price of a bag and then said he’ll help me out with a 20% off coupon. However the bag was on sale and he was doing everything in his power to get commission like telling me a higher price for the bag. Will not go there again because of the unprofessionalism and their hunger for commission instead of making the customer happy.

The products from Tory Burch are simply great, however customer service in this particular store is just awful!I saw a handbag online and went to go check it out, I walked into this store without being greeted and no one seems to want to approach you and ask if you need any help. Browsing through the store I only saw the black and green handbag on display so I asked if they also carried the red one which was the one I wanted, when I asked for help the girl working there did not even bother to speak her answer to me, all she did was shake her head no to my question and wasn’t even looking at me! One is not going in there to spend $50 therefore I think their customer service needs a tremendous improvement and at least be half as good as the products are.
