Id just like to start this by saying I received amazing customer service from Jennifer and Marissa. They were so kind, funny, and helpful. They made for a great shopping experience. The store was super clean, organized, and everything was so easy to find. I appreciate the time and effort the staff took checking if I needed a fitting room or just holding my handful of clothes I had. Thanks ladies, I will only be coming to this Torrid from now on!

I had a great experience shopping here thanks to Carissa. I was shopping for a bra but due to weight change I needed to get measured. Due to covid sales associates can not touch you but Carissa demonstrated on herself and watched on as I followed her example on myself. She was able to tell me my bra size and found a super cute bra. Thanks girl you were super helpful!
