Pulled up to the designated pickup area, an employee greeted me right away and took down my order number. After a short wait, my order was brought out and another employee loaded it up in my car, letting me know (from a safe distance) that my order was in the car. Everything went very smoothly. I appreciate the effort taken to have my purchases brought to me safely.

Very disapppointed!!! Not once but twice !!!!!!!They need to train their staff better so all the information they provide to their customers are consistent!!!!!!!! I was told by one guy that rented out a scalfolding to me that since I rent it by 6pm on a Thursday they will only going to charge me for 1 day and 4 hours if I return it around 9 am Saturday morning. I told him ok put me down for 1 day and 4 hours because that’s all I need it for. He said he’ll just put 2 full days in case I need it longer so they wouldn’t have to call me at 1 day and 4 hrs to check on it. So on a piece of paper, it says I have until 5:52 pm Saturday to return it for a 2 full day rental. He said They will only charge me $100 for the deposit that day and I can pay the rental fee when I return it. Anyway, my husband got there at 9 on Saturday morning and he waited for someone to help him unload it and got to the counter to finalize payments around 9:15. It was a different gentleman that helped us this time. He told my husband that he is going to be charged for 2 full days because we have rented it for 1 day and 15 hours! Why did the other guy told us that if we rent it by 6pm, we have until 9am the next day to count it for a 4 hours rental??! This is not the first time they messed up my rental. I rented this before and they had waste my turn to re-run the transaction because one of the four was new and rang me up for the wrong thing.
