I rented a backhoe for a week. At the time of rental, when signing the electronic disclosures, I was told verbatim click OK and initial. I was not informed about the optional Damage Protection for which I was paying, nor was I offered any operating manuals on the equipment. I feel this was a deceptive opportunity to sell me insurance coverage which I would have definitely declined. When I took the equipment back, another employee told me he was unable to open the contract back up to remove the charge. I will not rent any equipment here again.
