Took my bracelet here for repair and was told will be ready in 2 days. Called back after two days and was informed it will be ready the following day. Called the following day and was told it will be ready by 3 PM same day. Lady called at 3 PM to tell me she it won’t be ready that day, but she will call me the following morning to advise. She never called that morning, so I followed up that afternoon and her reason was she has a lot of work and if I need it I should come pick it up otherwise, I should leave it for a week. Wow!!! Don’t waste your time going here or maybe it was just not on her priority list. I believe if you run a business you should strive to deliver on your promise – be professional and don’t expect customers to always understand your excuses. Never ever here again. Couldn’t find half a star for them.
