Employee working 6:30pm 4/29/21 told my fiancé who is a long time customer there that her service animal (for chronic epilepsy) as well as any other service animals are no longer allowed in the store per the owners policy. This is disheartening as it the closest store in walking distance for her and our blind neighbor who also relies 100% on a service animal when he’s alone in public. My fiancé Offering to show the lady the animals paperwork and explaining her medical condition did NOT change the woman’s mind about the stores policy on denying service to people with certain disabilities. I went back and left a card with her to give the owner in hopes he will change his stores policy.

Entered store to buy a 60 dollar bottle of whiskey. I told the worker I would like to purchase all 6 bottles due to the bottle being hard to find at times. I come to the register and the main owner is on the telephone telling the worker to ask for cash only. I gladly oblige and go to retrieve cash for the purchase. Returning 15 minutes later I am told over the store phone by the owner that the price is incorrect on the shelf and now is 100 per bottle. Although the bottle is not common, major liquor stores sell this bottle for 50 dollars. Very disappointed after being asked to get cash for purchase only to be told no. Lost a loyal customer and way off with valuations of whiskey. Will never returm
