I find that in most cases people at pharmacies are impatient. I feel for them. I can’t imagine what they have to deal with from day to day. However, the folks that work at the Northgate and MacArthur Tom Thumb are pleasant and helpful. Unlike most other places in the area they will almost always give you a smile and small talk. It makes a difference and I appreciate their efforts.

The Worst Pharmacy Experience! The lady who is more focused on her eyebrows than the customers/patients, gave us our policy expected time wait for my daughter’s Script which was 30 min.. Then somehow additionally 15 min…my wife goes back because our daughter just got out of dental surgery and is in extreme pain… They rudely said to my wife there’s going to be another 15 min. So now we’re about 10 min from an hour just waiting for them. They call us back and literally asked my wife ma’am where and what’s her B-I-N Number… Okay from my experience with WALMART PHARMACY They ask no questions about the bin number on any insurance given to them!? Especially the Pharmacist who was looking for it too on the card and was acting clueless to everything….but here’s what topped it all off… As a Current Pharmacy Technician I myself know better how to properly fill and dispense liquid Rx into a bottle…this pharmacy is sloppy and careless! Look how much over dosage and sloppy they gave my daughter’s Rx back.. SMH! Never again will I come back to this Pharmacy… Very sad to have to watch my daughter cry of pain and this pharmacy was just sitting around with their heads off working with people’s meds…
