I ordered groceries for curbside pickup on May 31. I am disabled so I had my daughter to pick up the groceries. It was also raining very hard that day. Once we opened up the bags their were several discrepancies. However the biggest and most disgusting discovery was the rotten iceberg lettuce that I ordered. I have never in my life received produce like that and the person that was doing the shopping should have known better. Because it was very obvious. I expect when the shoppers are shopping for the customer, that they choose the best and freshest items. Needless to say, I didn’t receive all of the items I needed to make my taco salad. I spoke with the night manager Chance who promised to credit my entire account the next day. He blamed the reason for the clerk being new, however any person or child could see the item was rotten. However, I received a callback from someone in the cashiers office and they totally did not do that. The Night Manager Chance was suppose to call me back with the info, as he told me he would be there at 2pm the next day.
