As a luxury designer store on Rodeo Drive I would expect the highest of standards. Please educate your staff on your warranties and policies for all products. If i could remember the womens name I would love to inform corporate of her rude and unhelpful assistance including the 3 other people in the room who did nothing to aid in a myself (the customer) concerns or help find a solution to my issue.I love spending $600 on sunglasses and having an issue 2 months after with them coming loose and her telling me there is no warranty for them and telling me to go down the street to someone else and get them loosened.Why would i buy anything from Tom Ford again? Clearly your staff needs to read the website where it clearly states there is a 2 year warranty on all sunglasses which covers manufacture issues such as the hinge and screws. You lost a customer.

Secondly, they gave me the wrong bottle size.
