Service is GREAT! Only issue is that SOME cigs are inexpensive while others are over-priced. Love that there is an old-school shoe shiner on the premises – this is a dying art!!!

Needed cigars for my dad for Christmas. Let them know what I was looking for (I know nothing about cigars). The young lady was awesome and explained each one to me so I could pick the ones I liked that were what I was looking for. Customer service is amazing here. Cindy is amazing, as well.
