Very unprofessional. They prioritize their friends to give haircuts, aren’t welcoming if you come in for a walk in (they make you wait for them to tell you they don’t do walk ins), constantly forget their appointments (sometimes again to prioritize their friends), and are really overpriced for an average to good haircut. In my experience the woman employee picked up for the younger guys slack as well. If you’ve never been here and are considering making an appointment or a walk in, don’t. Don’t waste your time or money look for a different place.

Great experience for the first time. Unfortunately Spanish is the primary language but they were able to squeeze my walk in before an appointment
