The staff was both knowledgeable and pleasant at both the store and in our home. We purchased both a washer and dryer which are not easy to install in our home due to a small area and tight fit. The staff were respectable of our home and us and did a great job of installing our units. If ever we need any appliance needs we will definitely go back there again and recommend them to others. We always try to shop local before the big boxes and support our local businesses.

My oven abruptly stopped working. Unsure of the reason, I contacted Tirrell’s. Donny was extremely helpful. He provided information as to the probable cause of the issue. As I work with a tight budget, I asked if there were estimates of potential charges and I was given all the potential service charges. Fortunately, it was a quick fix. The staff were efficient and knowledge. Most important to me was seeing them respect my home and maintain about Covid standards. If I have any other appliance issues, I will certainly call Tirrell’s again.
