So far I would actually give this place no stars. Took my truck here for a simple rotate and balance. You can tell they hire people who don’t care because my wheels now have gouges in them. There is literally a special socket that can be used to prevent this. They claim that a guy can come out and fix this. How someone is going fix the damage and reanodize these wheels in a parking lot should be interesting to see. The manager was quick to recommend this course of action. That tells me that they have had issues with this in the past.I also found improperly torqued lug nuts when I got home and checked them. I’ll write another review when and if I’m taken care of. You work hard for your money so make sure you spend it with quality people.
