We stayed in the cabin Trains I missed…… cozy and updated! Smell of the pines right when we walked in. Such a homey and calm vibe. We needed this place as a getaway and will continue to come back and recommend to all our friends and family. Thank you Courtney and Rebecca:)

Horrible customer service. Do not stay in a TinStar Co. cabin in Broken Bow! Pictures on the website and VRBO do NOT correlate to the actual cabins. Please DM us for accurate photos as well as correct info on our stay. Cabins are filthy and not maintained. We have given Courtney multiple attempts to correct raw sewage smell in cabin, hair in bathtubs and shower, filthy kitchen; all to no avail! My sweet husband spent hours setting up the Wifi and cleaned the entire cabin on our vacation. We will never stay in a TinStar Co cabin again. Severely overpriced and ZERO accountability — owner is off-site and refuses to take any responsibility to correct unsanitary conditions. With abundant options in Broken Bow for high-end cabin rentals, steer clear of TinStar cabins! If we could give ZERO stars, we would!!!
