Every time I go here the service is incredible. They are always patient and communicative. The shop pays special attention to melting and quality. I’ve been to over a dozen chocolate shops in the area and this one is by far the most impressive. The hot chocolate is divine and nothing can match its quality. I especially like how they offer non dairy options for my loved ones. Over the phone they are just as patient and thoroughly communicative as in store. This shop is a prime example of excellent quality and service.
