Critical: Quality I got a tattoo done by Cassiopeia in January. It looked great right after it was done but about a week later he blow out was horrendous. The line work is super uneven and parts of it look like blobs. Super disappointed and will not be getting another tattoo done by her.

I wish I could put this lower than one star… called days ago and asked for an appointment today and they said to come at 7pm today. I called on my way and they said there was still people in front of us and that to take our time because there was going to be a wait. I showed up at 7 and they told me they were closed even though I spoke to them multiple times… HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
