Great store and great styles. Although you’re likely to have a good shopping experience, working here is another story. It’s kind of ironic that the Tillys brand emphasizes and promotes inclusivity when their hiring process is similar to a high school popularity contest. Just find it kind of sad when your job is more contingent on people liking you than the quality of your work, but then again it is retail. I’ve experienced places with similar dynamics, Tillys just takes the cake in being the worst in that regard.

A bright young red headed employee from the Best Buy in town mentioned to me that a Tilly’s had just opened a few doors down from their establishment. Couldn’t be happier! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and really bring the shopping center to a whole new level of service!

I was in a coma for 8 months when I heard some ginger kid screaming in the enloe parking lot about Tilly’s grand opening. I was so excited that I came out of my coma and went straight there, still in my hospital gown. It was as beautiful as the ginger boy claimed. I am forever grateful and will show my appreciation by naming my first child Tilly.
