I purchased a jacket online that arrived with a security device. The kind you can only have removed at the store. I had to drive to this store to get it removed, and the employee had an attitude and was a bit rude. She made me wait by the register for no reason(the store was empty). She checked to make sure that the item was the one on the receipt (which is a normal procedure) but then she continued to mention that “this was very weird”. She then checked it was the correct item a few more times before removing the security device. I said “thank you” and as I was about to walk away the employee told me I should call customer service so that it didn’t happen to someone else. At that moment I realized the employee thought she was doing me a favor and that she didn’t realize that that was more her job than my own. Over all just very poor customer service at this location.
